Mindfulness is the ability to become aware of your surroundings, situations, feelings, and responses through meditation, breathing, relaxation, or imagery techniques. This process can help reduce stress, anxiety in performance, heart flutters, nervous tension, foggy brain, and much more! For each exercise or worksheet, follow the instructions provided by your performance coach.
